These terms cover use of the App2Vibe website. They are not legal advice. This version is a community site, not a payment service.

Service description

App2Vibe lets independent builders list an app for free, try other people’s apps, and leave notes. Points and a public leaderboard rank useful feedback. Listing and reviewing do not cost money.

Partner offers, referral tracking, and platform fees exist in the product but are switched off. They are not a current service. If they return, this page will say so. Until then, App2Vibe does not take payments and does not run a payout.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your email, name, and profile, and for keeping access to your account. Do not share an account.

Parked partner features

If partner offers are switched on later, founders would set a rate and promoters would share a /go/[code] link. App2Vibe would estimate commissions from provider events. Those payments would stay between founder and promoter. A 10% platform fee on attributed sales would be owed by the founder to App2Vibe through Stripe. None of that is live now. There is no fee to pay and no checkout on this version.

App Store ratings and reviews

Feedback on App2Vibe is a note and a star rating stored on this site after you tried an app. It is separate from Apple’s App Store and Google Play. App2Vibe cannot submit a rating into those stores for you.

Do not trade, buy, or invent store ratings for each other’s apps. Do not leave a store review as a favor, for points, or without using the app. Apple and Google forbid fake, paid, and incentivized ratings. Points on App2Vibe are only for a written note here. They are not a reward for a public store star. A listing that asks people to swap five-star App Store reviews may be removed.

Acceptable use

Do not spam, mislead, buy fake traffic, or post fake reviews on App2Vibe or on an app store. Do not promote a product in a way its founder forbids. Do not try to access another person’s account, webhook secret, or tracking data.

Third-party services

Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Cloudflare, Google (only if you choose Google sign-in), Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play are separate services with their own terms. App2Vibe does not control them.

Intellectual property

Founders keep their product names, copy, and logos. Promoters keep their own writing. App2Vibe keeps the site. Do not copy another person’s listing and present it as yours.

Availability and changes

The site can change, pause, or remove a listing. Tracking can fail when a provider, app, or store changes. There is no promise of uptime.

Disclaimers

The marketplace is provided as available. Commission figures are estimates. Attribution can be incomplete. Nothing on the site is a promise of earnings, security, or compliance certification.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, App2Vibe is not liable for lost commissions, missed attributions, store decisions, or disputes between a founder and a promoter. Those disputes stay between them.

Termination

You can stop using the site and ask for account deletion. App2Vibe can suspend an account or listing that breaks these terms, including spam or fake reviews.

Changes

These terms can be updated. The effective date at the top is the version on the site. Continuing to use App2Vibe after that date means you accept the updated terms.
